LaShawn Hewlett is an accomplished and highly dependable Realtor whose true passion and purpose lie in putting a smile on her clients’ faces by helping them turn their dreams and visions into reality. Born and raised in Richmond, VA, LaShawn offers an intimate understanding and familiarity of the city and leverages her knowledge to find the top and most profitable deals for her clients. LaShawn boasts more than 11 years of real estate expertise in the Richmond Metro region, concentrating in residential transactions. These areas would include the City of  Richmond, Henrico County, Chesterfield County, and Hanover County. She considers her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure her clients are catered to as her greatest strengths.

LaShawn holds a Bachelor’s of Applied Studies degree and Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. Before venturing into real estate, she worked in the insurance industry with more than 18 years of experience in customer service under her belt. She is attentive, energetic, and enthusiastic, hence she will be able to address all of your concerns and deliver exactly what you are looking for. Her keen people skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, strong knowledge of the real estate industry, and determination to indulge her clients with first-class service have set her apart. Outside of real estate, LaShawn is a writer and unwinds her days reading and writing romance novels.
